- ➤ Arkansas saw a record $291.1 million in medical marijuana sales in 2025 with a $15 million increase over the previous year; dispensaries sold 79,223 pounds of product while state taxes collected $32.3 million and 115,113 patient cards remain active, according to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. French Hill introduced the Main Street Capital Access Act which would ease regulations for community banks (such as Stone Bank, a local institution with over $850 million in assets) so local lenders can better serve the needs of farmers, small businesses, and families. - ➤ Officials held a Friday morning briefing launching a 24-hour operation to pre-treat roads ahead of a winter storm expected to bring sleet and snow from Friday evening into early next week.
