- ➤ A ticket sold in Arkansas won the $1.817 billion Powerball jackpot when it matched all six numbers drawn on Dec. 24. It is Arkansas’ second jackpot win after a 2010 win, and the winner can choose between an annuity or an $834.9 million cash option. ABC 7
