- ➤ Kimberly Akimbo made its Arkansas premiere last night at Walton Arts Center and earned strong reviews for its creative production and standout cast. - ➤ Officials from Pine Bluff, North Little Rock, and Watson Chapel met with the state board Thursday to present turnaround plans after receiving an 'F' rating in student performance. They proposed reorganizing schools into networks, raising teacher salaries, and reducing absenteeism to build safe, student-centered communities. THV 11

- ➤ Work has started on a $23 million project to convert the former AT&T building at 111 W. Capitol Ave. into 115 apartments by early 2027, developer Pace Burt said. The redevelopment will feature a roof pickleball court and pool and hire mostly local workers. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

- ➤ Arkansas is expected to hire former Auburn safeties coach TJ Rushing as its new cornerbacks coach under head coach Ryan Silverfield, according to a report citing sources.
