- ➤ Actors Theatre of Little Rock will stage an immersive production of Hairspray at Quapaw Quarter United Methodist Church from Dec 10-13 and Dec 17-20, with actors performing throughout the venue. - ➤ Little Rock announced Saturday that a temporary emergency shelter at Dunbar Community Center is available for residents for overnight stays—Sunday 6 p.m. to Monday 10 a.m. and Monday 6 p.m. to Tuesday 9 a.m.—as freezing temperatures and possible precipitation are expected.
