- ➤ The Van (a local nonprofit) is nearing the finish line for its new winter weather shelter in North Little Rock that will help homeless residents during the cold months. THV 11
- ➤ On Tuesday morning, Saint Mark Baptist Church opened its Family Life Center at 5722 W 12th Street to 200 to 300 attendees who received a hot pre-Thanksgiving meal and essential services such as health screenings, flu shots, hygiene kits and legal aid — the annual Feast of Hope outreach brought together local volunteers and partner organizations to support those in need. - ➤ Edwards Food Giant recorded one of its busiest days on Wednesday as shoppers filled the parking lot and waited in long lines to pick up last-minute Thanksgiving supplies—one local shopper hosting her first holiday in a new home planned a Bloody Mary bar for her in-laws. The store said its team will shift to Christmas preparations after Thanksgiving. ABC 7

- ➤ Cabot boys basketball Coach Troy Campbell remembered former standout Ethan Dietz as a fun-loving teammate who worked hard both on the court and off. Dietz was injured last Saturday in a game between Connors State and Grayson then died Tuesday morning from complications—Connors State canceled upcoming games and plans a vigil for his loss.
