- ➤ North Little Rock will host its annual Unsheltered Outreach Fair tomorrow at Riverfront Park where people in need can get mobile showers, free haircuts, clothing, food, job help and amnesty for non-violent offenses. The event will also offer alcohol and opioid recovery programs (10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 120 Riverfront Park Drive) while volunteers and donations are welcomed. ABC 7

- ➤ Arkansas Game and Fish Commission is still searching for the bear linked to the fatal attack on camper Max Thomas, whose death occurred on October 2 at Sam's Throne Campground in the Ozark National Forest—after DNA tests ruled out the previously euthanized bear—while officials urge visitors to stay cautious. - ➤ A recent AAA report showed Arkansas drivers paid an average of $2.67 per gallon for regular gas, which was 4 cents higher than last week and 16 cents lower than a year ago. Prices ranged statewide from $2.53 in Arkansas County to $3.10 in Deshea County—while the national average is $3.10. FOX 16

- ➤ Eighth graders at Pinnacle View Middle School are taking part in the statewide Stock Market Game where they invest $100,000 in virtual cash in real stocks—one team has grown their portfolio to $135,000 in six weeks. The fall session ends Dec. 5 and winners will be honored at an awards luncheon next year. FOX 16

- ➤ Arkansas saw a significant gap in Black voter turnout in the 2020 election—rooted in long-standing exclusion and neglect—and a new youth-led council called The Front Row has been established in community church spaces to boost civic identity by hosting workshops and fairs with local politicians. - ➤ Attorney General Tim Griffin warned Arkansans about text and email scams that claim to be from the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration — the messages ask for bank details via a fake web link and instruct recipients to delete them and report the scam to the FBI. THV 11
- ➤ If Congress does not extend enhanced tax credits before they expire at the end of this year, some Arkansans will lose help paying for government-sponsored health plans. Insurance agent James Arel said those earning above 400% of the federal poverty level will lose extra benefits—leading to higher premiums. THV 11
