- ➤ The Central Arkansas Library System reopened its main library in Little Rock after two years of $31 million renovations that added new spaces for children, teaching, catering kitchens, and a video production studio — it is open Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is set to serve as a community resource downtown. ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern have announced a merger that will create one continuous rail network across the country, lowering shipping costs and opening new markets for Arkansas businesses—while boosting jobs and supply chains.
