GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced Monday that some state employees in the executive branch will receive merit pay raises based on performance ratings—those scoring three will receive a 1% increase and those scoring four will receive a 3% increase. The raises apply to workers in their current department since Jan. 2 and Act 499, which raises pay for two-thirds of executives, will take effect on July 1. KARK
