- ➤ Little Rock police arrested a Jacksonville woman—Rachel Sims, 29—in a fatal hit and run that killed a pedestrian near 3224 Mabelvale Pike early Friday, and she faces a felony charge for leaving the scene and a misdemeanor for driving with a suspended license while held at Pulaski County jail. - ➤ Little Rock police arrested 18-year-old Brodie Hill and 20-year-old Dylon Andrews on capital murder charges after officers responded at 5:38 a.m. on May 3 to a shooting call at 3010 South Cross Street where they found 21-year-old Sergio Toney fatally wounded—Hill is also facing a charge of first degree battery.
