- ➤ The 25th Annual Teddy Bear Run rolled through Little Rock—delivering about 1,000 teddy bears to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department to comfort children who experienced traumatic events. - ➤ Pulaski County will host summer meal programs to help students who may go hungry after school ends — the Pulaski County Special School District will offer meal boxes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from June 12 to July 31 at local schools — while the Central Arkansas Library System and North Little Rock Public Library System will serve on-site meals for kids and teens from early June through August. - ➤ The Pulaski County Fair is underway at Riverfront Park in North Little Rock where over 100 carnival workers—including vendors, security, and ride operators—are working to keep the event safe and fun. - ➤ A Montana man who claimed to be God was sentenced on Wednesday to six years in prison by a federal judge in Little Rock for a 2021 robbery at a U.S. Bank branch in North Little Rock that netted $2,145 — he pleaded guilty on January 15. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
