They passed a measure banning Pharmacy Benefit Managers from owning pharmacies, scrapped a prison funding bill for Franklin County, signed 55 new laws on topics including FOIA and religious adoption, and set a gas royalty bill to return to the House on Monday — a busy week that saw significant shifts — as lawmakers rushed to finish their work.
