- ➤ The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program announced 2026-2027 Certified Local Government grants today for historic preservation projects in 13 cities, including Little Rock which received $6,800 for training and memberships + other cities that secured funds ranging from $1,115 to $77,750 for related efforts. - ➤ The mother of a man who died at the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center filed for a $725k settlement in February after 12 employees were terminated and leadership was changed. Lawmakers will discuss the proposal on March 16 (details remain under review). THV 11
- ➤ Highway 178 is closed across Bull Shoals Dam — detour routes guide north and southbound motorists — and the shutdown started March 10, continuing until March 19 for routine maintenance. ABC 7
